🎨 Terms of Service for Furry Art CommissionsLast updated: 05/2025By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. 💰 PaymentCurrency: All prices are listed in USD.Method: Payments are accepted via PayPal.Upfront Payment: 50% payment is expected up front with the other 50% paid on delivery.Invoices: An invoice will be sent to your provided email address upon acceptance of your commission request.2. 📅 Commission Slots & AvailabilityOpening Schedule: Commission slots open monthly.Selection Process: Due to high demand, not all submissions can be accommodated. I reserve the right to select commissions based on my availability and interest.3. 🖼️ Usage RightsPersonal Use: You may use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., avatars, profile pictures, personal prints).Commercial Use: Commercial use is prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon. Commercial rights can be purchased for an additional fee (typically 300% of the original price).Credit: Proper credit must be given when the artwork is shared online. Please credit me as the artist and link to my profile.Prohibited Uses: The artwork may not be used for NFTs, AI training datasets, or any blockchain-related technologies.4. ✏️ RevisionsInitial Sketch: A rough sketch will be provided for approval.Revisions: Up to two minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase. Additional revisions may incur extra charges at $20 each.Post-Approval Changes: Once the sketch is approved, significant changes may not be possible.5. ❌ Cancellations & RefundsArtist-Initiated Cancellations: I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time. A full refund will be issued if I cancel before work begins.Client-Initiated Cancellations: If you cancel before work has started, a full refund will be provided. If work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the progress made.Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without prior discussion will result in a ban from future commissions and the right to use the commissioned artwork will be revoked.6. 🔒 Copyright & OwnershipArtist's Rights: I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to post it in my portfolio and on social media.Client's Rights: You may not claim the artwork as your own or remove my signature/watermark.Character Ownership: You retain rights to your original characters depicted in the artwork.7. 🚫 Prohibited ContentI will not create artwork that includes:Hate speech or discriminatory contentGore or extreme violenceIllegal activitiesIf you're unsure whether your request falls into these categories, please feel free to ask.8. 📦 DeliveryFormat: Final artwork will be delivered as a high-resolution PNG file.Delivery Method: Files will be sent via email or a secure download link.Turnaround Time: Completion times vary based on complexity and my current workload. An estimated delivery date will be provided upon acceptance of your commission.9. 📬 CommunicationContact: All communications will be conducted via email or the platform through which the commission was initiated.Updates: I will provide updates at key stages: initial sketch, line art, and final rendering.Response Time: Please allow up to 48 hours for responses to messages.10. 📄 AgreementBy commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms of service. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in cancellation of the commission and/or refusal of future service.
